Double spray
A double spray compares two things: what they share in the middle, and what is theirs alone on each side.
The real slide Chalk makes, in the Classroom look. Every word is written for your lesson when you use it.
How to run it
- Place the two things, then each shared feature between them.
- Add what is unique to each on its outer side.
- Ask which difference matters most, and why.
Why it works
Comparing side by side makes the differences pupils confuse stand out. The double spray keeps shared and unique features apart, where a list mixes them.
